Resort Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Any cancellation made after booking confirmation will be eligible for a booking credit valid for 3 months from the original check-in date.
- Guests may reschedule their stay within the validity period, subject to room availability.
- In case of a medical emergency, the booking amount will be refunded.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations and refunds.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of a refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
Terms and Conditions Apply: The resort reserves the right to refuse refunds on sold out or high occupancy dates without prior notice.
Booking Policy
- Pricing varies depending on room category, time of year, and availability.
- To confirm your stay, a 50% advance deposit of the total stay cost is required. No reservation is confirmed until we receive this deposit.
- The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival at the property.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.
- Pets are allowed are with extra charges
