Resort Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Any cancellation made after booking confirmation will be eligible for a booking credit valid for 3 months from the original check-in date.
  2. Guests may reschedule their stay within the validity period, subject to room availability.
  3. In case of a medical emergency, the booking amount will be refunded.
  4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  5. Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations and refunds.
  6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  7. In case of a refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.

Terms and Conditions Apply: The resort reserves the right to refuse refunds on sold out or high occupancy dates without prior notice.

Booking Policy

  1. Pricing varies depending on room category, time of year, and availability.
  2. To confirm your stay, a 50% advance deposit of the total stay cost is required. No reservation is confirmed until we receive this deposit.
  3. The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival at the property.
  4. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. 
  5. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.
  6. Pets are allowed are with extra charges
